End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Subject of Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) sets out the terms of use for the BerberBul mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to this agreement.

2. License Rights

BerberBul grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the application for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license:

• Does not grant the right to copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Does not grant the right to reverse engineer the source code
• Does not grant the right to sublicense the application

3. Terms of Use

When using the application:

• You must comply with laws and regulations
• You must not engage in actions that compromise the security of the application
• You must not use automated bots or scrapers
• You must not negatively affect other users' experience

4. Intellectual Property

The application and all materials it contains (design, code, graphics, text) are the property of BerberBul and are protected by copyright.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is". BerberBul does not guarantee that the application will operate without interruption or error.

6. Limitation of Liability

BerberBul cannot be held responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

7. Termination of Agreement

This agreement is valid as long as you use the application. If you violate the terms of the agreement, your license will automatically terminate.

8. Applicable Law

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
