BerberBul is a platform that enables users to find nearby barber shops and book online appointments. The platform operates through mobile app and web.

2. User Obligations

• You must register with accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• You must use the platform in compliance with the law
• You must not submit fake reviews or engage in manipulative actions
• You must respect other users

3. Appointment Policy

• Appointments are finalized upon approval by the barber shop
• You can cancel your appointment at least 2 hours in advance
• Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions
• The barber shop also has the right to cancel appointments

4. For Barber Shops

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information
• You must keep service prices and durations up to date
• You are obligated to honor approved appointments
• BerberBul reserves the right to verify businesses

5. Intellectual Property

The BerberBul brand, logo, design, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

BerberBul is not responsible for the quality of services provided by barber shops. The platform only provides intermediary services. Disputes between barbers and customers are the responsibility of the parties involved.

7. Account Termination

BerberBul reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate the terms of service, with or without prior notice.

8. Changes

These terms of service may be updated. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the current terms.
